We are able to offer
a full property management service to our clients,
while there are some exceptions for larger properties
our charges are as follows:
Annual key holding charge : €360
Weekly cleaning and laundry €30 for
1 bedroom apartment to €90 for a 4
bedroom villa
This allows our clients to rent their property
as many times as they wish any time of the year
and feel safe of the knowledge of the relevant
costs. We also can include our clients property
on our rental website at a nominal charge of €30.
We run our rental service for clients and have
extensive contacts within the family holiday sector
as well as corporatentertainment with Golfing
trips.
We charge 15% commission for the rental
income that we provide our clients, although our
doors are always open to clients who wish to register
their properties with our rental department, we
give first priority to the clients that have purchased
their property through us.
Airport Transfers:
Airport transfers available on request, based
on a maximum of four people €45 each
way
