Finance:
For those clients that require some mortgage assistance
we can offer the services of mortgage advisors based
here in Spain or at home. There are three main options
in which most of our clients consider:
Funding from Spain: We can arrange around 60%
of the purchase price through a Spanish mortgage
although in real terms this percentage may often
increase as the value of the property is often 15%
to 20% higher at the completion time if the property
is purchased from plans. The property in Spain is
used as security. Therefore your assets at home
are unaffected. The paperwork required for acceptance
of a loan is relatively simple and our advisors
will handle all the required formalities.
Funding From Home: It may be possible for a
client to re-mortgage their main residence and then
be in a position to achieve 100% funding for their
purchase, again we can help if required. We are
able to advise on this subject in more detail and
recommend that it is a topic that is covered first
as it is a pointless operation if a client views
property and at the same time does not know what
funding is available.
Investment Potential: Over the past years the
return gained by property owners has been impressive
and although all markets are subject to highs and
lows, the long-time picture of investors in Spain
is a good one. Many analysts see this area as one
that will develop and grow at a rate equal to that
of any other within Europe and may even out-strip
many other locations. |
