Do you have a wide selection of properties?
From our wide selection of residential and commercial properties we are sure you will find a property to suit your every need. Our entire staff are purchasers of property in Spain. They are therefore fully able to relate to your requirements having been thorough the entire process themselves. Their experience and wealth of local knowledge gained over the last 20 years is testimony worth noting. Be it a small holiday home, a luxury 5 bedroomed villa for retirement or a thriving commercial site - we will be able to help.

Can you find me a site?
We have an excellent plot finding service having worked in this sector since the 1970's. We have reputable contacts to assist in all aspects of site finding and design of small developments, individual villas or commercial ventures.

Can you advise on investment opportunities?
Both commercial and residential properties offer good prospects in most areas of Spain. As communications networks improve, many analysts see 'The Costas' as a sound investment area. By following a few simples steps we are able to assist on all purchasing aspects.

Will we need a solicitor?
We recommend all of our clients liaise with our network of solicitors. With offices based in Spain as well as at home, our legal team is available to answer any questions that arise before, during and after the purchase.

Are there taxes to be paid?
Yes. All properly purchases are subject to tax. Our staff can explain the costs depending on the type of property purchased and will organise future fiscal management.

How can we visit the area?
Our staff are trained to serve our clients - not to sell to them. Our objective is to assist clients who are looking to purchase property in Spain, and not use any form of coercion. To this end we can offer four, five or seven day visits to the area depending on client's individual needs. We will book flights, airport transfers and accommodation. When in Spain our clients will see the full selection of property available and all meals and refreshments are supplied whilst visiting the area. Some of our clients wish to arrange their own travel and accommodation and may contact us prior to arrival to arrange a morning appointment to view property. We will operate at our clients pace.

What's the next step?
A viewing appointment can be made simply by contacting our offices. We know that our job is not over when a client decides to purchase - rather this is when it begins.

Are the properties for permanent use or holiday purposes?
Both. However, more and more clients are purchasing for permanent residence, if not now, they are at least buying for the future. We will be pleased to advise and show you the properties and the area most suitable for your needs. In a warm climate for example, you spend much more time outdoors, so you will utilize the balconies more and indeed may find that a smaller property fits the bill. Our top priority is to help you make a decision with which you will be happy for years to come and one which you can comfortably afford. Stage payments can be structured to suit your own financial circumstances, especially if your home is still on the market and you find a property you wish to purchase.

Can clients take an inspection trip when they are not ready to buy?
Despite the fact that there is no obligation to buy, you can imagine that we do occasionally get people who try to use our inspection trips for a cheap holiday or to see the area with no intention of purchasing at all. Our inspection trips are designed to cater for the serious property buyers only, with the emphasis on viewing the area and properties intensively and discussing the legal and administrative side of your purchase. If you are not genuinely interested in buying a property the trip would be arduous, boring and a waste of your time and ours. If you wish to explore the area at your leisure, we strongly recommend that you take a holiday there first. Our staff can advise you on suitable holiday arrangements.

What will we see?
During your visit to Spain you will be shown the very best selection of properties, because we are totally independent and not tied to the products of any particular developer. We will also show you the full range of facilities that you will be able to enjoy in your area of interest. These will include the best beaches, marinas, shops, supermarkets, social clubs and much, much more. If you want to visit one of the may restaurants or play a round of golf - no problem. Basically we want you to get a feel for the area so that your decision is made easier.

What if we don't like any of the properties in the area?
Don't worry, we guarantee that you will be under no pressure whatsoever at any time. Several of our non-buyers have subsequently recommended friends because of our professional approach and the total lack of pressure. We let the areas and the properties do the talking and then the choice is yours.

What finance can be arranged?
You will find an inspection trip potentially a waste of time and a very frustrating experience if you do not have your finances arranged first. Mortgages from various sources can be arranged.

After sales services - what can we expect?
The finest! With our years of experience we can assure you of one of the best aftersales organisations in Spain.
